Carlie Madsen, M.S., CCC- SLP

I am a speech language pathologist based in Chantilly, Virginia. I started my career in speech-language pathology in 2020 as a career changer, bringing to the field life experience as a mother of 3, theater educator, and volunteer. On day one of my first job, I met a child who could benefit from AAC, and I realized quickly that I needed to become the clinician that connected this child with AAC. My work experience has also brought me into acute care setting where I treat dysphagia, cognitive communication disorders, and aphasia.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with family, nature walks, and attending concerts.
